What is the difference between viscose bamboo and cotton?

Viscose bamboo fiber is naturally more breathable and wicks moisture 3 times faster than cotton. It stays cool to the touch even in high heat, unlike cotton, which retains body heat.

Are bamboo sheets hypoallergenic?

Yes. Bamboo naturally contains an antibacterial agent called "bamboo kun." Our sheets are Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified, guaranteeing the absence of harmful substances for sensitive skin and allergy sufferers.

How do I care for my NUVIA sheets?

Machine wash in cold water (30°C max), tumble dry low or air dry. Do not bleach. Iron on low heat if necessary. We recommend washing before the first use to maximize softness.

How deep are the fitted sheets?

Our fitted sheets fit mattresses up to 35 cm thick. The corners are fully elasticized for a perfect fit, even on thicker mattresses or mattress toppers.

Is shipping really free?

Yes, standard shipping is free for all orders in Quebec. For the rest of Canada, the fee is $15. We ship within 1-2 business days, and delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days.

How do returns work?

You have 30 days after receipt to return an item in its unopened packaging — returns are on us in Quebec. A defect or an error on our part? We will replace or refund it, free of charge, even if the packaging is opened.

Does bamboo shrink in the wash?

A slight shrinkage of 3 to 5% may occur during the first wash. This is normal and has been factored into our dimensions. Follow our care instructions to minimize shrinkage.

Can I return my sheets if I change my mind?
